Refund policy
At Noco Mart, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned in the original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at support@nocomart.store with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items caused by misuse
- Items returned without prior approval
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider or payment processor
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@nocomart.store
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
